mga ito avocado popsicles are creamy, smooth avocado ice cream popsicles made with five simple ingredients and perfect to use the ripe avocados sitting on your kitchen counter. These homemade popsicles are also refined sugar-free, dairy-free, and easy to whip up in mas mababa sa 10 minuto.
I love this time of the year; avocados are back in the store, and I couldn’t resist buying a pack of 10 avocados from a local producer. This is too much for our little family. Especially because avocados always ripen all at the same time. As a result, you have a fairly small time frame to make the most of it.
So, instead of making savory dishes with them, I like making popsicle recipes for the kids, like I shared before with my strawberry banana popsicles. Of course, you can use avocado to make sorbetes na abokado, but these avocado popsicles are much faster to make for a no-churn creamy ice cream. Also, if you are not into frozen treats, don’t worry. I have other sweet avocado dessert recipes to use for your ripe avocados. Try baking a batch of my chocolate avocado cookies or avocado brownies.
But back to these delicious creamy frozen avocado, coconut popsicles are packed with creamy coconut, mint flavors, and healthy omega fatty acids from avocados. You can make many avocado popsicle flavors like chocolate avocado, lime avocado, or mint avocado. Feel free to dip them in melted chocolate to create a shell or simply swap mint for lime zest and lime juice. In this recipe, I will provide the measurements for a healthy avocado popsicle made without coconut condensed milk.

Avocado Popsicles Ingredients
This recipe contains only 5 wholesome ingredients that are all vegan and refined sugar-free for a delicious healthy frozen treat.

- Hinog na Avocado - avocados are the key ingredient to making tasty avocado ice cream. If there are any black spots on the flesh, remove them to avoid a bitter flavor.
- Coconut Milk, I recommend full-fat de-latang gata ng niyog as packet coconut milk often has additives.
- Maple syrup or any liquid sweetener you love, like coconut nectar or agave syrup.
- Peppermint Essence adds a lovely peppermint flavor.
- Dahon ng Mint for extra fresh minty flavor.
- maitim na tsokolate is used to dip the avocado popsicles into melted chocolate and create a crunchy chocolate shell that is delicious with the mint flavor of the avocado ice cream. It is simply made of melted coconut oil and sugar-free chocolate chips, but you can also use 70% vegan dark chocolate if you don’t watch the carbs and sugar.

Chocolate Shell
I didn’t cover the popsicles with a chocolate shell, but it is a tasty addition to the recipe. To make a chocolate avocado popsicle, bring 1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips and one teaspoon of coconut oil into a tall glass mason jar and melt in the microwave.
When the chocolate is melted and shiny, hold the unmolded, frozen avocado popsicle from the stick and dip in the melted dark chocolate mixture to coat.
Place the coated popsicles onto a plate covered with parchment paper. Place the plate into the freezer to harden the chocolate shell.
Store the chocolate avocado popsicles in the freezer for up to one month in an airtight box.

You have made me inspiring about many kinds of avocado recipes. Next I’ll try. Because I have Garden Avocado, but now have no harvest again. I’ll try when harvest avocado coming. Thank you so much for your recipes
Hi!
I cannot wait to try these. I did not see cocoa powder in the list of ingredients, but it is in the shell directions. How much cocoa powder?
Salamat,
Cathe
Sorry for that Cathe, you don’t need cocoa powder and I updated the recipe instruction to make it clear. I updated the recipe lately using a combo of coconut oil and dark chocolate to make the shell. It is much tastier and less bitter than cocoa powder. Enjoy the recipe, XOXO Carine.
Delicious and easy to make… give them a try you won’t be disappointed xx
Thank you! So glad you enjoy the frozen treat. Talk to you soon, Carine
These were really easy to make and tasted delicious! I make mint choc chip… highly recommended. Xx
Thanks for trying the popsicles! I love to add chocolate chips to the mix too much faster than making the chocolate shell. Have a great time on the blog. Your friend, Carine.
