Gluten-free Baby Crackers
Vegan Baby Teething Biscuits ▢ 1 cup Oat Flour ▢ ⅓ cup + 2 tbsp Rice Flour ▢ ½ tsp Baking Powder ▢ ½ cup Applesauce ▢ 2 tbsp Coconut Oil ▢ 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
Combine all the dry baby cracker ingredients in a bowl
Pour the applesauce, coconut oil, and vanilla essence into the dry ingredient. Mix with a spoon.
Knead the teething biscuit dough with your hands to form a smooth dough ball.
Flatten the dough ball roughly with your hands. Place it on parchment paper.
Cover the flattened baby cracker dough ball with parchment paper.
Flatten the dough with a rolling pin. Fold the edges back to the middle to make a rectangle.
Keep rolling until you reach the desired thickness and you get a perfect rectangle.
Cut the dough horizontally with a cutting tool, or a kitchen knife.
Cut the baby teething biscuit dough vertically. You should be able to make about 21 crackers.
Place the baby crackers on a baking tray. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
Let the baby crackers cool down for at least 20 minutes before serving.
